Oak Class have been learning about the blood and the human circulatory system. They drew diagrams of the components of blood and labelled the plasma, platelets and red and white blood cells.
Oak Class investigated the effect of exercise on their heart rates. They measured their resting heart rates in beats per minutes and then again after a minute of vigorous exercise. They took several measurements and worked out an average.
