During science week Chestnut Class investigated chemical reactions and we used this to make rockets using film canisters, vinegar and bicarbonate of soda. We measured how high our will travel if we increase the chemicals inside.
In our assembly we used indicator water to identify acid and base substances. We combined these substances to create a chemical reaction. To prove this we inflated a balloon with the gas that was created by the chemical reaction.
